7:00 Ask someone to open in prayer
7:01 Invite attendees to help themselves, tell them a $3 donation covers their breakfast, invite them to put on a nametag (they are in the food supply box)
7:02 While people eat, try to identify a person or couple who would bring the food for the next breakfast (it is a task with simple instructions in the food supply box and here). This is the best way to get a volunteer. If you canít find anyone, ask the crowd during breakfast, but it is less likely that people volunteer at that time.
7:05 If you haven't already, talk with the speaker and jot down their experience and qualifications. Your job will be to show they audience that the speaker has the qualifications to address this subject. Brag about them so they don't have to.
7:20 Welcome attendees, thank the person/couple who brought the breakfast.
7:20 If you havenít found anyone yet, ask the audience who would volunteer to bring the food for the next breakfast (it is a task with simple instructions in the food supply box and here). If no one volunteers right away, ask individuals later.

7:27 Invite attendees who have announcements or prayer requests to make them at this time
7:35 Invite attendees to pray at their tables
7:45 invite attendees to refresh their coffee or use the restroom
7:50 introduce speaker
7:50 Speaker speaks till 8:20am
8:20 ask if there are any questions
8:30 close in prayer and invite attendees to the next breakfast to hear the next speaker - tell them the speaker and the topic
8:35 count money with another person, put in envelope, and give to the person who will bring food for the next breakfast (along with the food supply box)
